The business commenced as a Partnership firm in 2001, for supplying the allied equipments & servicing the Heat Treatment Furnaces. Since then the activities grew to include Manufacturing & Exporting of Heat Treatment, Heating, Non-Ferrous Melting Furnaces. In 2017, our entity registered under the Companies Act 2013, by the name of VMH THERMAL TECH ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. Having our Registered office and works in Thirumudivakkam, Chennai, State of Tamil Nadu, India, all required licenses and permissions have been obtained and certified as per ISO 9001 : 2015 ABOUT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

VMH THERMAL TECH ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (VMH) has been promoted by Mr. P.VIJAYA KUMAR, MANAGING DIRECTOR., has an extensive technical knowledge and managerial expertise in the field of Manufacturing of Heat Treatment Furnaces with a mission to provide accelerated, Sustainable business growth for its clients through the development and implementation of innovative marketing and technology strategies. He has been leading the sales team to achieve incremental sale every year consistently and company has achieved a prime position of respect and confidence in the industry.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD)

The design and engineering section is equipped with latest renowned software and is run by qualified professionals The Designer will make the drawings according to the Customer’s Requirements. The designer is capable of understanding client’s requirement and transforming it into a workable proposal. The main drawing of the Furnace is General Arrangement and Civil. Apart from that, other drawings are Shell, Bogie, Bogie Drive, Door, Door Drive, Wheel Arrangement, Bogie Motorized System, Quenching Tank and other components as may be required.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

VMH design and produce a wide gamut of products according to the customer specification. VMH having experienced contractors and they fabricate part of furnaces like Shell, Chimney, quenching system Door and Bogie. From the inception to the final stage of commencement of production, the whole process done in a record time, with no loss of idle time what so ever. Each of the components acquired from outside is first checked by our experts before the same is considered ready for use. Subsequently, manufacturing takes place, which is followed by another round of test to make sure that the defects developed by the products during the preparatory process do not go undetected.

As Industrial Furnaces, the products manufactured by the company, have to constantly fulfill high standards of industry requirement in terms of quality. The growth, VMH Furnace, has achieved speaks volumes of commitment the company has towards the consistency of quality. We believe our responsibility towards quality is greater than others. The quality of our Furnaces is guaranteed by the quality measures we observe in our factory.

RETROFIT AND CALIBRATION

We retrofit old furnaces and make them energy efficient for trouble free performance and calibrate Heat Treatment Furnaces as per ANSI / API Specification 6a 2016 STD, API Specification 6D 2015, A991/A991 M-17 ASTM 2017, M650 Norosk STD 2004/2011 in the presence TUV, IBR, Lloyd’s and any other Third party Inspection.
